Great staff, but some challenges

Always warm and eager to help. Their kindness and hospitality were highlights of my stay.

Navigating the musty smell and steep staircases was a challenge. The noise from the hallway interrupted my peace.

The staff was very amiable and made our stay a PERFECTLY PLEASANT experience. Appreciated our twin/double room, it was neat and soundproof.

This hotel lacks everything! Poor ventilation, and not having a minibar was unacceptable. I would have appreciated a room upgrade for the inconvenience, instead i was met with a musty smell that almost ruined my trip. Sad, really. Almost left a good review but just couldn't.

I had a grand time here! The staff were so kind and helpful, especially the lovely young lady at reception who knew all the best spots. the heating in the room could be improved. it got a bit too stuffy for my liking.

The staff was very nice and accommodating, managing to change our room when we expressed concerns about noise.

The entrance could use a cute atmosphere!!! Soundproofing is a disaster, taking away any chance for a peaceful night. The room's cleanliness should be better prioritized, as inadequate service leaves much to be desired!!!

Great spot with easy metro access

The welcome was super friendly and they gave clear instructions. Location is fab, just steps from the metro and some cute cafes. I liked the digital entry system for everything, and housekeeping did a solid job. Only thing is, the walls are pretty thin, so I could hear my neighbors snoring like crazy.

It was just a smart choice for a weekend getaway in Barcelona with great value for the money. The staff was really helpful, making my stay pleasant and stress-free. Try to leave your luggage after checking out to explore more without carrying bags.

This hotel had an excellent location. I loved how close it was to the port, metro, and bus stops. The room had a modern vibe but wasn't without its flaws. The pillows were pretty disappointing, not giving much support. The bathroom, however, was excellent. I really appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. One of the staff members stood out. She gave great recommendations and even shared her recent travels to South America. That personal touch made a big difference. On the downside, the noise from outside could be distracting. I could hear conversations and traffic, which sometimes interrupted my sleep. The heat in the room was an issue. It got quite stuffy at night, despite leaving the window open. I enjoyed my stay but didn't love the room conditions. I would consider staying again, provided some improvements are made in those areas.

The super nice team, especially at the front desk. Location was perfect, just a short stroll to many attractions. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean. Would definitely come back!

The toilet space is cramped, and the walls are pretty thin. You can hear neighbors clearly.

The bathroom had dirty water. The TV support was broken.

I appreciated the hotel's central location, just a block away from Casa Batlló, made exploring easy. The staff were attentive and quick to assist with any requests.

Accessibility improvements for seniors would be helpful.

The rooftop bar has fine views, and the cocktail masterclass killed it! Best waffles ever for breakfast.
